Happy Halloween!

Casa children enjoyed learning about the continents using our blue globe to differentiate land and water. Then we used the coloured globe and continent maps to learn about the 7 continents. We did a craft to understand North America, Canada, Ontario is “Where I Live”.

Many Precasa children dressed up as cute baby animals on Halloween.  They went trick-or-treat around the center and collected many candies!  To celebrate the day, they made a spooky ghost with cotton, painting with their fingers and developing their fine-motor skills.  Children also started to learn about shapes. They played freely with magnetic shape pieces and the many shape-matching materials we made. Children sat to make their favourite pizza, using circles and triangles.
