Where is All Saints’ Montessori School located?

1100 Denison Street, Markham, Ontario L3R 0Z4
We are at the North East corner of Warden and Dension, in the All Saints’ Anglican Church building.

What are the school hours?

School opens at 7:00 am in the morning and closes at 6:00 pm in the afternoon.
Before school program 7:00 am – 8:30 am
Academic Classes             9:00 am – 3:30 pm
After school program     3:30 pm – 6:00 pm

What are the programs offered?

All Saints’ Montessori School offers the following programs:
Pre- Casa Program:  toddlers ages 1.5 to 2.5 years
Casa Program:  ages 2.5 to 6 years
Summer Program:  ages 2 to 6 years
Montessori program runs from September to June and Summer program is operated in July and August.
Children with toilet training in progress are accepted in Pre-Casa program.

How many days are the programs offered?

We offer Full day and Half Day programs, 5 days per week.  Children will benefit most from the program when they come to school in a consistent routine.  Partial week attendance is not suggested.

What are the classroom ratios?

There are two teachers in each classroom, one qualified Montessori teacher/Early Child Educator and one assistant teacher. The teacher-children ratio is 1: 8 in the Casa class and 1:5 in the Pre-Casa class.

Are Snack and Lunch offered?

We offer two healthy snacks and a nutritious hot lunch for our children, catered by Food for Tots.

Is there Progress Report for the child?

There are three progress reports for our children in a school year, issued at the end of each term in November, March and June.  Parent-Teacher interviews are scheduled for following up concerns.

What are the After School program activities?

There are different extra-curricular activities for children in the After school program to enjoy and enrich their experience:
French, Mandarin, Reading club, Math club, Lego club, Character Building, Art and Sports.

Wish to take a tour at school?

Parents interested in All Saints’ Montessori School are welcome to schedule a tour with our program supervisor. If you are coming with your child for the tour, we may also arrange a try-out in the classroom for your child.  Please call 905-946 1586 or contact us via email.

What do we need for enrolling my child?

Parents please complete a registration form and submit it with the necessary cheques.  It is also necessary to have other documents ready: Health card, Immunization record and Birth certificate.
